Meet Fund Accounts What is a meet fund account? All competitive gymnasts require a meet fund account, this is separate from tuition costs. The meet fund is coordinated by a parent volunteer from the booster club. The expenses associated with competitive gymnastics are paid from a gymnasts meet fund they include:
An estimated cost for the upcoming season will be determined based on each level or class. A payment schedule has been set so that sufficient funds will be available in your gymnasts account at all times. Funds deposited into your account may come from fund raisers, donations, and personal sources. Your gymnast will be entered in a meet ONLY if there is sufficient money in your meet fund account. The meet fund coordinator will keep you informed of your account balance through notices and account statements. Each year after the season has ended, a final accounting will be prepared and any excess funds will be returned to the gymnasts upon request. Funds can only be returned up to the amount of personally contributed funds during that years competitive season. Any excess funds due to fundraising will remain in your fund and be carried over to the following year. Check out the fundraising opportunities available to boost your gymnasts meet fund account. Please ensure your gymnast's meet fund has sufficient money to cover the cost of all upcoming meets. Contact the meet fundcoordinator Leaving the program - written notification to the Booster Club is required if your gymnast decides to leave the competitive program so your meet fund account can be closed out.
