On Saturday November 1st, 2008.  Volunteer Gymnasts from the Midland Gymnastic Training Center helped beautify Midland by planting 225 Yellow Daffodil Bulbs in Thrune Park.  The Bulbs were donated by The Midland Gymnast Booster Club following a recent successful fundraiser.

After planting the bulbs the girls enjoyed playing in the park which the city plans to renovate this year with help from the Rotary Club and Midland Foundation.
