Fundraising Throughout the year the Midland Gymnastics Booster Club has several fundraising schemes:
November (date tba) 6 - 9 pm This is a special evening of private shopping at Midland Mall. All Stores are open, Santa, Entertainment, Door prizes, exclusive discounts and special gifts. To participate just write your regular meet fund check to MGBC and use the form posted in your mail box to request tickets. Tickets can then be used or sold for $5.
The scrip program is an easy way to add to your meet fund account. You can buy gift certificates for various retail establishments, and a discounted amount is deposited directly into your meet fund. You can use the certificate yourself for the face value, or give as a gift. For example; purchase a $25 gift certificate for Express stores, which gives you a 13% scrip rebate. The $3.25 (13%) goes into your meet fund account, and you receive a gift certificate for $25. The only cost to you is the shipping costs shared with others ordering at the same time. Certificates are available for businesses nationwide. You can send gift certificates to out-of-town friends and relatives. Twice a year we have a Little Ceasar Pizza Kit fundraiser. Meet Fund Accounts are credited with $5 for each kit sold. This is a tasty way to help boost your gymnasts account. The Fall sale will be the Week before Thanksgiving. The Spring sale begins in February and Ends in March. Kits must be refridgerated within 4 to 6hrs after pickup. Fall 2007 delivery date is November 12th 6 -9 pm at 3101 Sharon Road.
Use a Meijer Guest Card or Meijer Credit card whenever shopping at Meijer, and receive a percentage of your spending each month info your meet fund account. Contact
